CENTRAL AMERICAN ACTIVE VOLCANOES

Just a few weeks ago there was a massive earthquake in Costa Rica. Luckily no lifes were hurt, only two older people died of heart attack. So this was the awakening of the Central Volcanic Lands that were immeidalty activated in Central America and the Volcanoes started erupting one by one. Nicaragua was green alert with Volcano Saint Christophe in Chinandega and the vibrating Xolotaln Lake. Right after that Telica in the west of Nicaragua and Concepcion in Ometepe Island in huge lake of Cosiwolka (well known as the Nicaragua Lake next to the border with Costa Rica).
Other active volcanoes in the Region after the Costa Rica earthquake was the FIRE VOLCANOE in Guatemala. One of the collosals was awaken and t seem a pretty heavy eruption since all the population around it was moved to secure places and tempory shelters. In case you are interested in shooting active volcanoes or any other beautiful natural and tropical locations please don t hesitate to contact me at sylviakgron@yahoo.es or sylvia@asart-ca.org Kind regards

Tamarindo, Costa Rica

At the Pacific shore of Costa Rica there is a small touristic town called Tamarindo where the most amazing breath taking sunsets can be seen. The Pacific Coast of Costa Rica is located in two of its provinces called Puntarenas and Guanacaste. Tamarindo lays in the beautiful and warm Guanacaste and it can easily be reached by land, driving on your rented car or even on a public and confortable bus. You may find many kinds of monkeys. daulphines and whales and also reptiles such as krokodiles and turtles.
There is no other place like Costa Rica to shoot your movies, commercials and documentaries. Please feel free to contact me for more information at sylvia@asart-ca.org

TALAMANCA, Costa Rica

Just recently I had the opportunity to go on a deep jungle trip to Talamanca in Limon, where there is no more road available for cars, all city noices and stress was left behind. Being in the most remote side of Costa Rica, made me fell just like Indiana Jones and the lost City... The view was breathtaking and the green around us was overwhelming. To get to this lovely place called Amubri you need to drive four hours from San Jose to Bri Bri in Limon, then drive one more hour to Suretka. Once you arrive to this tiny town you need to leave your car behind and take a boat to cross the river.
The first time I visit I enter the region to paint a mural with the children of the schoool of Amubri. I decided I wanted to try to help further. The families where starting to built lodges that could shelter many visitors and for that I ve now decided that it is time to start a Yoga Camp in Talamanca. A perfect spot, no noice, just birds... and the river flow... activities such as tree hugging, and natural medicine lessons are now avaible to be booked through our organization. COSTA RICA

COSTA RICA Costa Rica is a small country located in the heart of Central America. It has two shores one at the Caribbean and the other one at the PAcific. Once you arrive to the country you ll fall in love. The weather is warm with temperatures up to 24C in San Jose (the Capital) at night and 35C at midday at the beach. This country has an extense of varity of landscapes such as volcanoes, beaches, mountains, lakes and jungle. The main language is spanish and most of the people speaks a bit english. Life costs are higher than in any other Central American country and Caribbean due to their larger middle class. PURA VIDA is their prefered words that literally means PURE LIFE but that is use when asking HOW ARE YOU? and also by answering VERY WELL. MAE would be the other most used word and it means MAN, and it s used each two or three words. For example PURA VIDA MAE (question)? PURA VIDA (answer). Hope you find this interesting! Please leave your comments with questions you d like to know about Costa Rica and film production services.
